What is happiness and and what makes you happy?
What does it mean to live a meaningful life?

New Insights: Nature
The new insights I’ve developed over the course of this project have been interesting. I’ve come to a conclusion about myself that I need the outdoors and people around me, otherwise I will go crazy. I might seem like an introvert, but I am also an extrovert. I’m an ambivert, which is in between the two. Either way, I’ve come to realize that after listening to a good amount of my fellow classmates personal philosophies, that nature is a huge part of almost every person's life. There is a need for each person to spend time outdoors. The reading we read in class earlier on in the semester about Forest Bathing speaks of this. It talked about just walking through the forest and how it affected people. It was proven to improve people’s stress levels and how they act. I guess in this day and age, and growing up in this generation, I thought it was weird to see how nature affected so many people my age, but it makes sense. Nature is a big deal and we should enjoy it and let it help us.
Further Questions:
How much nature is too much nature?
Is my personal philosophy based in how I was brought up or was it my own doing from what I exposed myself to?
Was school really necessary to bring my personal philosophy to the surface?
How do I deal with toxic relationships if my goal is to make more relationships with people?
Will I think about my existence forever or will I just accept it at some point?
